SalesQL charges one credit every time it successfully retrieves at least one email address for a LinkedIn profile. It is important to note that only one credit will be deducted per contact, irrespective of the number of email addresses found.
Additionally, our paid account holders are entitled to access company details and mobile phone numbers (if available) at no extra cost.
Credits are not accumulable, they renew and expire on each plan renewal date according to the selected billing period (monthly or semi-annually). If you want to know more about our credits, read our help article. Learn More.
With our subscription model, your membership is automatically renewed at the end of each billing period, depending on the type of subscription you have selected: monthly or semi-annually.
We understand that circumstances can change and our model gives you the option to cancel your subscription at any time, giving you full control over your membership and preventing any unwanted automatic renewals.
Once the subscription has been canceled, you can still use your remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged afterwards.
