What are SalesQL credits?
1 credit unlocks a prospect's verified emails, phone numbers and company data. You're only charged when we find results. If no email is found, no credit is spent.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year ($351 on Basic, $711 on Professional, $1,071 on Organization) and all your yearly credits are granted upfront (24,000, 60,000 and 144,000 respectively), so you can use them at your own pace.
Do phone numbers cost extra?
No. Phone numbers don't cost extra credits today: every reveal includes verified emails, phone numbers and company data when available, for the same single credit.
What is MCP and which plans include it?
SalesQL's MCP integration lets AI assistants like Claude search prospects and enrich contacts on your behalf. It's available on the Professional and Organization plans.
Which plans include API access?
REST API access is included on Professional (1,500 calls/day on monthly billing, 5,000 on annual) and Organization (4,000 and 20,000). The Free and Basic plans do not include API access. These limits are proposed and pending final validation.
How do campaign recipients work?
Each plan includes a monthly quota of campaign recipients, from 100 on Free to 50,000 on Organization. Sending to a recipient never consumes data credits; it only uses this quota.
Can I add more seats?
Yes. Professional includes 3 seats and Organization 15, and every paid plan can add extra seats at checkout.
Is my plan automatically renewed?
Yes. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period depending on whether you selected the monthly or discounted annual option.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. Once canceled, you can keep using the remaining credits until the current billing cycle ends and you will not be charged afterwards.
Can SalesQL work with my CRM?
Yes. SalesQL offers native and third-party integrations, plus Zapier workflows, so your contacts can move into the rest of your stack without manual busywork.
